Fitting a electric window opener

I have a velux that i would like to fit a electric opener to. The velux will be fitted some time next week and we should have asked for the unit with a electric opener built in, too late now to change the velux so looking to fit a chain drive type. The velux is a centre hinge type if it helps. Any tips would be more then welcome.
