Fitting a Limestone Fire Surround

First post so any advice would be gratefully received.

I'm looking to put a limestone fireplace (surround) in my lounge, mounted on a false chimney breast I'm in the process of building (studwork and plasterboard).

I'm looking to purchase online and install myself (electric fire only) but can't seem to find any instructions anywhere. Anyone have a link to some instructions. I'm particularly looking for advice on what adhesive(s) to use to fasten it to the wall. Also, do these things come in several pieces or are they just mantle, back and hearth?

There should be two pedestals to keep the mantle up.

Plaster of Paris is best adhesive.
