If I was going to install a 930mm wide UPVC door to my garage, what width Lintel would I need to fit?

The width of your lintel will normally be the same as, or a ittle less than, the thickness of your wall.

Or did you really mean the length of the lintel? If so, 100mm added either side should do.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Yes I meant the length.
wickes sell steel reinforced concrete Lintels in 1200mm or 1500mm lengths so 1200mm will be long enough.
