About to fit a new door and frame into my new extension and wondered if anyone had fitted the frame a different way.
Most of the manufacturers recommend drilling through the frame and securing to block/brick structure.
However, the door frames ALWAYS line up right on the joint where the cavity has been closed, or just either side, meaning your drill hole either goes into mortar or the edge of block/brick.....daft.
I'm going to fit some straps and secure further back.
