My Question is, I have laid new soil pipe and connected to an existing soil stack. However the soil pipe at its highest point is to thick to allow flooring boards to be placed over it at one point.
The soil pipe is good half a metre from the toilet pipe can I use an extension pipe from the the WC connector which is thinner for this distance as this would solve my problem.

Not ideal but it will work. Do you have building control involved? Better run it past them.

As Denso mentions, not ideal to have a connection underneath a floor, especially a WC connection, unless it is welded.
