fitting a new shower rcd consumer unit

if i wire one of these in myself

i believe i then have to get the electricty board ( whoever that is )
to come and connect to the mains

how much does that cost?

will they do that as I not a qualified electrician?

how do i go about it?

Ask them to fit a DP isolator then you can switch off at your leisure.
