Fitting a Radiator in Bathroom

Hello

This is the 1st time I have used this, so please bear with me. I have searched for this on the forum, but I cannot find it. My question is can I fit a Radiator with tap tails to the pipe system. The reason is I need to reduce from 15 mm to 8 mm. The new Radiator is slightly smaller in width then the old one. I don't want to go to the hassle of removing tiles and moving the pipes nearer. My DIY level is pretty good and I am confident to tackle most tasks.
