fitting celect thermostat to biasi boiler help?

hi i have a biasi garda condesing combi boiler, its located in the garage so this week decided to buy a wireless thermostat for the living room. I bought a celect wireless thermostat like this one below:

the boiler has 3 wires coming out (pins 1 and 3 are looped together) i presume this is where i should be wirring the new thermostat in??? Its a volt free system but the instructions i have with the thermostat are not very detailed.

Can anyone help?
