Fitting engineered flooring

I'm soon going to buy and fit this flooring but wondered what I needed?

Im going to use this underlay:

I wondered if I need to use a membrane under this as it's a solid concrete floor underneath. I don't suspect any damp or issues with the floor but wondered what your advice would be?
