im revamping kitchen at the moment washer,dryer&dishwasher are plugged into existing sockets. can i wire three fused spurs into the ring main and supply the machines from the spurs cheers

The answer is YES, provided you do it in accordance with BS7671:2001 "The Wiring Regulations", a fused spur or fused connection unit can take the place of a socket outlet on a ring main.
