Along an 1825mm run of units (925 corner, 600 oven base, 300 base) my walls are "off" by about 15mm with the gap increasing i.e. with corner unit fixed in place, the other units are away from the wall when lined up with the corner cab - how best to deal with this?

Most units are designed so that you can trim the backs. The unit in the corner will have the most trimmed. Alternatively you could fix a wedge shaped batten to the wall to allow for the deviation.
