Hi everyone,
I have a quick question. I am about to replace my toilet and whilst measuring up, I found that my new toilet is about 1cm (1/2") lower than the soil pipe that goes out of my bathroom wall, directly into the soil stack. This means my connector pipe will be going ever so slightly uphill....Is this a problem?
Please help, I tend to panick alot!!! :(

Thank you for your reply. I was having visions of smelly stuff backflushing into the toilet. Am I better off using a straight connector or one of those flexible things?? Does it matter?.
Look I'm smiling now!! :D

It has to run about 9" through the wall before it gets to the stack. Straight one it is then. Thanks very much for your help.
