Fitting rad in conservatory

Hi, am I okay teeing into the vertical pipes that go into the rad in the kitchen and routing them through the wall into the rad 2 metres away in the conservatory?

maybe but it is preferred that you tee into the 22mm pipe that feeds the kitchen rad.

performance of both rads might suffer.
