I have just fitted a new bath in the corner of the room. Do I fit the side panel and tile up to it or tile the wall then fit the panel?
Also I plan to carpet the floor, do I tile down to floor or fit skirting board?

Tiles the wall first then panel up to it,looks cleaner & tidy.If you decided in the future to do away with bath panel or tiles panel it would be easier to remove and the tiles is still behind the bath frame.

" do I tile down to floor or fit skirting board? "

The choice is yours, tile down to the floor is easy for cleaning maintenance and skirting would need painting regular as water drip on to it.

Also if you can try and make a inspection door or tile panel type to get access to taps & waste but no need if it a plastic bath panel type.
