Fittings for aircrete blocks

Evening all,

I have a bracket to fit to the interior of me garage, of which the inner skin is built from aircrete. I have large rawlplugs, coach screws and polyester resin, but I'm not sure if the resin, rawlplugs and coach screws all go in at the same time immediately, or after a period of waiting for semi-hardness, or even just the resin and rawlplug, followed by a coach screw after the resin has set hard.

In the end, I did neither. Threaded bar into an oversized hole then chuck a nut and washer on it.
