Fix Peeled Paint on Wall.

I’m redecorating one of my rooms the attic and it’s had a large bubble behind the paint which has broken and exposed the plaster behind. Upon removing the plaster there was a slight crack in it which also needs to be addressed. So I’m looking for advice on a product to use to fill the crack in the plaster and how to repair the paint that has been removed. I’ve attached a photo for reference
