I have one of the old Honeywell heat and water controllers that has the two slide controls and the on/once/twice/off options with digital display. We have individual stats on the rads.
Is it simple to connect a central stat to this unit as I want one downstairs to turn on and off manually when required? (The old rambling house is not suitable to control by temp setting in one area and as I am disabled I don't want to keep going up to the Honeywell timer to turn the heating off if it is up to temperature in its timed period)
Are the connections taken from the timer unit itself or from a connection box?
I won't be doing this, but am interested to know how the stat is wired to the timer, please?
TIA
Vigman
