View media item 77604Hi, please can I have some advice on how to fix these issues. Think I'm ok about hole in the wall but don't know how to fix the ceiling. The ceiling is separated from the wall.

is the damp patch the ceiling?if so how bad is the stain,wondering if you could wipe it down with some diluted bleach,then use some decorators chaulk to fill the gap and then using a stain blocker to obliterate the stain then emulsion.
