fixing external render

I need to fix the cracks forming on my external render around and below this window. it is on the line of the old garage door when it was converted. what mix should i use to get a matched eff

ect with the rest of the wall render.
Also this window does not have a v shape aboce the window to deflect rain water (sorry dont know its actual name). How do i create one of these
