Fixing Insulation Backed Plasterboard to Plastered Wall

As title really... What's the best way to fix insulation backed plasterboard - I'm thinking of this stuff - to an already plastered wall. I want to avoid battoning as space is a premium. Can this be simply dot and dabbed?

You can dot'n'dab them, not really recommend but if you do, they also want a second mechanical fixing.
Using nailable plugs.
