Fixing Mirror on Wall - Type of fixing required

Greetings,

Looking for some DIY work over the weekend next week and to try to fix a mirror on a chiminea wall which I believe is made of brick.

Mirror weight just under 25KG with two bit to attached it to the wall.

Thinking large screw with wall plug or do I need to consider steels fixings like through bolt, sleeves anchors.

Any help appreciated.

Would any of these be the right bit? but the question is what tool do you use once because the head of the "Screw" is not a normal screw where you can use a screw driver?
