Fixing pipework to underside of block and beam

Hi,

I need to fix some pipework to the under-side of a block and beam floor, that has previously been grouted.

I think because of the grouting, I cannot now fit any hangers. I have also been cautioned not to drill the beam for obvious reasons.

I could drill the blocks, but would need to build something to stand down from them to below the beam level.

Does anyone have any experience with this, and able to suggest any solutions?

Yes surely just standard pipe hangers, like these https://www.screwfix.com/p/tesla-32-36mm-rubber-lined-pipe-clips-black-steel-5-pack/5161v but obviously you also need the bracket to fix to the block and a bit of threaded rod.

Thanks all. Worth mentioning, there are 3 pipes to all go to the same place, is there such a version of the above, that holds 3 pipes next to each other?!
