Morning all

I've added 46mm insulated plasterboard to all the internals of the solid walls of our project house.

I now need to fix stuff like radiators to them. I want to go through and secure stuff to the solid wall behind 'cos drunken adults leaning on the rads and kids climbing on them will inevitably bust spring toggles.

Is there a specific type of rawlplug (or other brand!) that I should use to do this or just use really long ones? Also how far into the solid wall should I need to drill?

Any help appreciated.

Matt

Regular brown plugs will do, they just need pushing all the way through into the masonry. Prior to finally fixing the rad brackets, squirt some strong cartridge adhesive to the backs of the rad brackets, then screw 'em back.
