Hi,

I need to move the sky minidish on the back of the house this weekend - up about 2 or 3 feet. It has been up there a few years now so will replace the bolts that currently hold it up - whats the best thing to get for fixing to a brick wall?

(and what do I do with the old holes - is there a recommended way of filling them in?)

Cheers

in reverse

the old holes will still have the reminder of the fixing in them, so the hole to fill will not be that big

use rawl bolts clicky

If you slacken off Rawlbolts, and you might get them out of the wall intact. Tap the bolt in after loosening it off, then remove bolt and grab the outer sleeve with pliers.

If you pull on the bolt, it locks the sleeve in the hole.

My sky installer used coach screws and gray plugs and the dish is still on the wall after 7 years.
