I have drilled 6 8mm holes and put in rawplugs for that size supplied and inserted screw type bolts supplied to hold a wall mounted tv plate Thing i cant tighten up firmly because the blocks are so soft Any suggestions please

You should be able to hammer them into your 8mm holes.
Only fixing I have found to hold well in thermalite.
Should be able to buy in 10’s.
