Flashing lights on my Hotpoint WF541

When I turn on my washing machine, all the lights start flashing - every single one. Sometimes it stops and then I can use the machine and other's it goes on for ever and never stops and I have to switch it off at wall for a while. Even when switched back on it's the luck of the draw if it will stop flashing!

Anyone offer any help?? I need my washing machine I have a very messy 19 month old!
