Flat roof - add another layer of felt?

My roof is 10 years old, 3 layer felt system.
Roofer advised during inspection that it is still "okay" but could do with an extra layer of green mineral torched down on top of what is already there, along with new "drips" (the bits around the edges).

Just wanted people's opinions on the pros/cons of this approach?

Yeah okay as in not leaking but seams verging on questionable.

Sorry mate, long story but ladders are buried under a ton of crap right now so can't get up on the roof easily to get pics.

I was just after thoughts on the approach of torching down another layer on top of a felt roof that is edging towards the end of its zero/low maintenance lifespan (the ten year mark).
