Pah, stuff all this rubber nonsense, it looks like grandpa's nutsack when the summer sun shines on it.
Just get it refelted, modern felts are so much better than what you probably have up there and you would get a complete guaranteed 3 layer job all in for £400.00 without getting your hands dirty.

In the end i wasn't brave enough to DIY so i paid £850 for
remove existing felt
remove existing decking (plywood)
supply and fit new 18mm plywood decking
supply and fit firestone EPDM and edge trims
supply and fit new fascia boards
remove all rubbish
The roof was approximately 3.5m x 3.5m and the job took 2 guys 1 day (approx 9 hours). they worked bl@@dy hard.
