Flat roof leak

Hi, noticed today few spots from where the water has been dripping. One from the zinc sheet overlap and the other from the wooden support. Had a look in the guttering and there was standing water and also noticed a crack in weld at the edge. Is this the most probable cause for leak or any other obvious places to look ? Also, is Acrypol the best product to fix the crack for now. Thanks
