Hi wonder if anyone can help - we’ve had a single storey extension built and the upstands of the flat roof are now above the level of the toilet waste pipe. We’ve managed to find a toilet with a raised height waste outlet at 225mm but still would need to go through the flashing as per attached picture. How should we go about ensuring it is water tight when the pipe is installed and can we do this within building regs?
