I am thinking of replacing a shower. I like the look of the ones that are flat on the floor. I was wondering how easy these are to service in the event of a leak?

No problem at all, you just wait till the ceiling below collapses,
then fix the leak,
then when your sure its fixed,
fix the ceiling and wait for it to happen again!!!
