How old is the oven? if still under warranty contact the customer service line of the manufacturer.

Has it stopped working because it is broken, or because it's not getting any power?

Do you have the tools (including a multimeter) and the knowledge/understanding to be able to remove or gain access to the fan, to test it and to test the circuit?

yes power is getting through no i dont have a tester but i replaced the element just 4 christmas so chances are i can do the fan.. i can hear the motor but just not spinning the wheel around
