hello with an extension we replace a small pitch roof over bay windows for a flat roof. The pitcch roof had flashings (split) the builder says dont need to replace lead as aluminium bead will be put on that is ok, this having quoted for roofing and lead work. Is he right or should i insist on lead flashing replacement?
