My neon kitchen strip light has two tubes. One tube kept flickering on and off, so I changed it for a new one. But the problem still exists. The other tube is not a problem and is perfectly alright. Would appreciate some help. Many thanks in advance

also check the tube you put in is okay and not another faulty one!!!!
if that seems all okay could be faulty internals.....time to get the meter out!!!!!!

Probably a stupid question but how do I check the starter
easy way...
if the unit has two starters (they are the round small thing that screws into the lighting unit!!) swap them over and see if the other lamp starts flickering if you cant see a starter good chance it hasnt got one so you can forget that!!
