We just had a torrential downpour and the outside drain was blocked causing the yard to flood. Lots of water got through the air bricks - it was the sound of water under the floor that alerted us to it.
Now the drain is unblocked how much of a problem is it likely to be?
Never happened before. Will it dry out or do we need to do something else? Thanks

It shouldnt be a problem provided you have sufficient air flow through the floor void

yes it will dry out

You'll be poking your head out the door every time it rains from now on though. You can get anti flood airbricks if you think it might happen again.

I can relate to that:

Ive been working on a listed cottage, we had stripped the lounge floor out and one day it hammered down -water came through an air brick and the water was about a foot deep in a matter of minutes
