Floor construction

Hi All,
would like a bit of advice, but appreciate its not easy for anyone to say as they dont know my house!

I have a modern house, built in 2002-ish.
I need to secure an anchor point with 10mm expanding bolts.
I wonder if anyone can tell me (guess?) what the ground floor is likely made of? It feels hard like concrete, but i get the feeling its not completely solid.
What is the gorund floor of modern houses made of generally? or does it differ from place to place, company to company, design to design?
Tell me if i'm asking the impossible (ie how long is a piece of string etc) but if you dont as you'll never know!

Bet your bottom dollar if it was part of a large development it will be beam and block, something like 60mm screed on insulation on suspended beam and block. Are there air bricks in the external walls just above ground level? There is usually a bit of bounce to a domestic B/B floor, what do you see when you lift the carpet?

The floor definitely isnt solid- when you jump up and down or hit it with something solid, it sounds like its not solid and doesnt feel so.

I cant lift the carpet anywhere, its well fixed down or tiled. sorry.

Yes airbricks at certain points outside i have noticed (but i thought all houses had them?)

(i'm not sure what exact size the anchor comes with, or maybe i can just use a different size?)
