We are laying a floor 3 metres wide, half of it is floor tiles which we have already laid and we want to lay the other half in laminate flooring. Can anyone tell us what sort of joining strip we should use, bearing in mind the width of the floor, everying we see is only for edging under doors, mainly carpet to laminate. Where can we buy anything wider? and what should we buy?

I got a rubber strip to do this,

I had a bigger problem as my join had a sharp bend in it.

The strip is extruded in long lengths then cut, if its a UK manufacture it may be possible to get a long length.
