Floor insulation!

I am trying to convert a great big tractor shed on a farm. So far so good but i'm wondering if anyone would have ideas about the floor. At the moment it's a concrete floor and as it is 350 sq.meters i don't really want to build a timber floor... so, i'm hoping to find an efficient kind of underlay material and then carpet the whole lot.
Any ideas?

Convert it to what? If it will be lived in then you need to insulate the floor. I doubt it has any insulation at the moment. 90mm Celotex with more concrete/screed on top. How's that grab you?
