Floor tiles uneven

Hi everyone
Had my bathroom floor tiled by a professional in name only!!!!!!!. I had anorther professional, plumber he told me!!!! fit a shower unit. Because the floor is uneven ( professional tiler) the shower base has cracked. I have a new base.
Any ideas on levelling the floor before i fit the new base apart from removing the affected tiles.
If i do need to remove the tiles any tips.
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
Next time i get a PROFESSIONAL in i,ll ask for proof of apprentiship
