flow and return in concrete slab?

I guess that you really mean laying pipes in the screed floor and not the concrete slab. Barrier pipe is often laid in screed for underfloor heating so is suitable. You can buy conduit for plastic pipe which offers a bit more protection and room for expansion. Try to avoid having any joints under screed for obvious reasons.

If you want to comply with good practice and building regulations your pipes must either be in a conduit or a duct with a removable cover.

If it is the former you can buy barrier pipe already encased in flexible plastic conduit.

However if you are planning joints tees etc then the duct is the only practical solution. You can make these out of timber, or there are proprietary systems sold with a lid, that you can set in the screed.
