Flow restrictor position WB 28i Junoir

As above could anyone tell me where the flow restrictor is situated on said boiler please.

My dads hot water flow has reduced recently, I've checked the filter near the flow switch but thats clear and I want to check the flow restrictor for blockages.

if its the greenstar its the other side of the flow turbine inside the housing of the black plastic removeable adaptor that sits next to the plate heat exch

It is very unlikely to be the flow restrictor.

Has the mains water pressure been reduced recently?

Are you sure all supply valves are fully open?
