Hi,
I have just bought a Victorian property in Deptford, South London and I'd like to replace the ceramic vents which sit in front of air bricks (to outside walls and chimney breasts) to something else. What I'd like is a solution for all of them so they can be plastered in flush and painted over to match the rest of the wall paint leaving essentially just slots in the wall.
Here's what they look like currently:
The ceramic grilles are all (with one exception) 250x250mm and I'm wondering if there's an off the shelf solution which exists. Alternatively, I could get our chippy to make some up before plastering begins?
Would like to know people's thoughts. Thanks.
