I have an opening between two rooms where I plan to install a pair of doors. To close securely, it would be normal (I think) for one door (the first to close) to have a flush bolt which would go through a plate into the floor (as well as a bolt into the top of the frame). However, we have UFH in this area and only very thin, stick down LVT flooring, so drilling into the floor is not an option.
Is there another way to keep the door securely closed?
