Hi adding a couple of isolation valves so I can mains flush the pipework on my open vented system while isolating the boiler.

I want to add a connection onto the pipework so I can flush water through from a specific point, I was thinking about using a drain off point and just using it in reverse sort of thing, push the water in rather than using it to drain out.

Is there something better I can use, maybe a gas twist connection that will allow me to connect in a hose and remove it without spillage / problems making the connection

thanks

you gonna connect MCW to your open system and overflow the tank...

yes that seems legit.
