Flush Mounts for a mirror

Hello

im looking for some more substantial flush mounts than this:

or an alternative that i can use to mount a mirror on some 2x2 battens. the mounts would be bonded to the back.

any help apreciated.

What size and weight is the mirror?

Is it going on a wall?

mirror is approx 500x1500x6mm not sure of the weight. yes its going on the wall. its not one of those ceiling mirrors!

A "French Cleat" would be the best way. Cut the bottom of the batten that will go along the top at 45degrees and fix a matching batten to the wall. One will then just hook over the other and you can get your wall fixings anywhere along the batten. Did this 2100x700 mirror/frame in the same way.
