FLV File conversions (youtube clips)

I have a programe to download FLV files from youtube.
I found a free programe to convert these to mpg3 sound only. This is done by posting the link then downlaoding the file.
Anyone know of a FREE on that can be installed on a pc.

why down load of you tube when you can use torrent sites such as mininova torrent reactor isohunt etc.
google torrents or torrent sites youll find almost anything you looking for on them.

i use, riva flv encoder, its free. http://www.rivavx.de/index.php?encoder&L=3

In the destination file change .flv to .avi or whatever
