Foiltech floor insulation?

Has anyone used it? I'm thinking it could be an alternative to mineral wool beneathe a floor which is over an integral garage. The only bit that concerns me is the use of the clips on the joists to fix it as they would sit slightly proud of the joist and possibly effect the fitting of the new boards.

Any thoughts appreciated
