Right tenants moved out and once again I find the shower has not had a minor fault reported out which has turned into major.

The rectifier loom microswitch had water damage so was only operating on low speed. Got new loom and cartridge gasket. Fitted back together and still have a minor drip from around the cartridge. Not from where the gasket seats on the body of the cartridge housing but it looks like it is coming from the top of the cartridge from where the temperature selector rotates ie the bit which as the brass threads where the selector screws into. Any ideas?

Aqualisa have been good as ever supplying basic parts and have offered new pump complete ie complete inside of the shower for just over £200 fitted which is tempting as the motor brushes look like there are almost down to nothing and they dont supply these on there own.

Cheers

Here is the inside of the control set, there are 4 o rings on there, the one I have moved down the shaft has gone U/S so reckon this is an easy fix. Really surprised Aqualisa dont supply these o'rings as part of a service kit. Only thing left to try and source are the brushes.
