Ford Focus Titainium

My car is fitted with headlights that stay on for a predefined time, after you turn the engine off.
I set this up, but cannot find how to adjust/cancel the delay.
I have Goooooogled & tried, read the book, how the F do you get to this menu.

I spent hours trying to turn off the front air bag for a child seat, I rang a dealer Oh! that's not fitted on your Titanium it's an extra! Great policy for what is a family car.
