Ford KA faulty electric window

Hi Guys

I recently bought a Ford Ka and the electric windows worked fine. After a couple of days the drivers side seems to come down an inch then it stops/gets stuck-doesnt wind down anymore but does go back up. Does anyone know how to fix this and if its easy to do? If so can you please explain the steps as I am a beginner!

Seems it was just stuck on a peice of plastic which was loose and getting in the way, stuck it back into place and it all works well now
